After The Interview
Contact your recruiter once you’ve left the interview.
Take the time to debrief your recruiter before the client has the opportunity to. This enables the recruiter the insight on how best to handle your individual situation.
It's all in the details. Find the time and use any interview notes to compose a brief thank you letter. Use your resources and bounce your thank you letter off your recruiter. DON’T make the mistake of sending it directly to the client. The last impression should be your best impression.
